I know I’m late to the party, but when Louise Erdrich mentioned this series in her book, The Sentence, I suddenly remembered I had a copy! It also helps me continue to read books in translation.

a little about me

As a writer, podcaster, and mother, creativity is essential to who I am and what I do. Helping other creative people balance their busy lives and carve out the time for self-discovery and make good work is my primary goal as a creative coach. I host a weekly podcast called The Literary Sipper where we discuss all things books, writing, creativity and balance. After graduating with an English degree from University of Michigan and a Masters Degree in English and Education from Columbia University, I taught writing and literature in a variety of settings for over a decade. The led to my work in the counseling field helping teenagers and their families navigate their future educational plans. I have served on the board of EPIC Writers based out of Edmonds, WA. I have published short stories and poetry in small literary magazines and continue to work on my own novels. I am a certified Master Coach in the Your Big Voice program created by the Koren Brothers in Ojai, CA and am currently studying with Eric Maisel, the author of Van Gogh Blues and Fearless Creating.
